At Ovation Themes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the electronic items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a successful inspection process.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
